I can’t say enough about the service at Motor Works INFINITI site in Barrington. I was having tire pressure problems with two tires. I had a very positive experience overall at Motor Werks. The dealership is impressive — spacious, well-organized, and welcoming. I initially left a positive review based on my experience before leaving the dealership. Unfortunately, my experience changed immediately after I drove off the lot. Once I had questions regarding the vehicle, my salesperson, Heather, became completely unresponsive. I made numerous call over several days seeking clarification and never received a return call. I was transferred between multiple departments just to obtain basic information. I also had to make repeated calls to determine why my trade-in loan had not yet been paid off, something that should have been handled promptly and proactively. MotorWerks promotes. It’s One & Only Program which advertises upfront pricing, a dedicated, commission, free advisor, and seamless one hour buying process. This was not my experience. The purchase process took the entire day, and once the sales was complete, the dedicated advisor was no longer reachable. They also advertise a three day exchange policy, allowing up to 100 miles and an exchange for any reason. In practice, this policy is in effective if your sales person does not return calls, which was my situation. Additionally, a ceramic coating was added to the vehicle – something I did not request – resulting in an increased final price. Despite being told multiple times that the car had undergone a thorough inspection, three recalls were missed, including one safety recall. During the test drive, I noted an unusual sound and was told it was normal. It was not. The vehicle required new tires and alignment, issues that should’ve been identified prior to sale. While the car currently gets me from point A to B, the overall experience demonstrated a lack of communication, follow through and accountability. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from MotorWerks.

My purchasing experience was flawless. After searching literally across the country for a specific INFINITI QX80, Motor Works INFINITI received the vehicle I was looking for—and within 90 minutes of meeting Heather Worthem, we had a deal. Before you think, “I paid too much,” I assure you I didn’t. I walked away from another INFINITI dealership over $350 after being misled. There were no hidden costs or fees, and that's what made the difference. Heather was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-up were outstanding. Heather kept me updated on the “We Owe” list and the status of my car. If I could rate her a 10 out of 10, I would! I buy many cars—and it’s not typically a pleasant experience. This one was different from start to finish. I don’t even think my blood pressure went up 10 BPM and I attribute that to Heather!

Had a great experience and was able to communicate what I needed with the team. I like that they respected my price point and were honest and transparent about what I could expect price wise. Heather was so helpful and patient.. she made the scary process so much less intimidating and easy to understand. Lorena was also helpful and made a wonderful recommendation. I appreciate both of their knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism.

Rares was very easy to work with and helpful with a couple of requests. Still trying to figure out an additional key, but am hopeful this issue is resolved as easily as the other requests.

Kira was excellent as usual and it is why I ask for her every time. Only complaint was inside of car was not cleaned well.

My service advisor Kira is wonderful. My 1 issue is when I was given a loaner car, I had to pay for any I-Pass charges used with the loaner cars I-Pass. I had my own I-Pass and I would have preferred to use mine instead & not pay to use the 1 in the loaner. I've had other loaners from other companies/dealerships who don't charge to use the I-Pass assigned to their loaner 🙁

It came time again for a new vehicle and like before, after looking at multiple brands, we favored the INFINITI. QX80 autograph in this instance. It was superior to any of other offerings from anyone else. When it came time on where to purchase, theres not another dealership in the Midwest comparable to Motorwerks. I recently purchased the 2025 model Qx60 and my experience was exceptionally positive. The salesperson Edwin Herrera was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire process. They made sure all my questions were answered and guided me with professionalism. I am very satisfied with my new vehicle and the service received. I purchased a pristine 2022 BMW 750i with only 12k miles and traded in my Lexus. Most of the process was completed remotely as I live 6 hours away. John Gregory was my salesman and Lorena Mena was the general manager who emailed me the offer to purchase details. Upon my arrival, the BMW had been detailed and was parked at the front door ready for a test drive. The process was efficient and I was soon on my way home in my beautiful new car. We have purchased several vehicles from Motor Works through the years. My most recent car buying experience was excellent as all my previous experiences. My salesperson was very knowledgeable and if she didn't know something she was quick to find an answer for me. We return to motor works for every car purchase because they provide excellent products and Superior personal interaction. Their service is second to none. We also appreciate the free car washes that they provide. I seldom make 5 Star recommendations however motor works has earned it. This is why we continue through the decades to only purchase cars and have them serviced by Motorworks.

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Motor Werks INFINITI. Ralph Ibarra was exceptional to work with. He continually followed up with me and never pressured me into making a purchase. I have been a Jeep owner for a few years now but wanted to switch to another brand. Ricky Espino and Lorena Mena were very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful.
