I can’t say enough about the service at Motor Works INFINITI site in Barrington. I was having tire pressure problems with two tires. After putting air in a number of times I headed to the dealer location. With no appointment and it being early afternoon on a Thursday, I drove into INFINITI thinking there was no way they’d take me in same day. I can’t say enough about the service at Motor Works INFINITI site in Barrington. I was having tire pressure problems with two tires. After putting air in a number of times I headed to the dealer location. With no appointment and it being early afternoon on a Thursday, I drove into INFINITI thinking there was no way they’d take me in same day. To my surprise not only did they take me in right away, they found the problem (a nail and a screw), repaired the tires, did an oil change, and washed the car too, all in around an hour! They were so accommodating and friendly. The best service experience in over 54 years of driving!
