This year's New York Auto Show might now be a thing of the past, but that doesn't mean we aren't feeling the after-effects of its exciting atmosphere. After all, with the premiere of the Infiniti LE Concept, who wouldn't be thrilled? Though the LE isn't the luxury brand's first electric vehicle concept, it is the first that's certain to hit dealerships in near-concept form within the next two years, which means it outshines the previous Emerg-E and Essence concept vehicles by sheer production value.

Infiniti has been teasing us with its Infiniti Emerg-E concept for months now. You might have even seen some of our previous blog posts about it. Now, however, we know what all of the buzz was about. The Emerge-E is both sleek and innovative. It's impressive, no doubt.

If there's one thing at which luxury auto brand Infiniti excels, it's keeping us on our toes. Take right now, for example. 2012 North American Auto Show is taking place in Detroit, but instead of the auto manufacturer displaying its fabled new electric sports car at this show, its making us wait until next month, when the Geneva Motor Show takes place. Infiniti was available in Detroit to distribute teaser photos of the vehicle to reports and to take a few questions before the official debut next month.
